We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Title: Route-to-Market Manager


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Best in Class Standard Operating Procedure for sales redistribution, deployment and execution for Ghana
  • Highlight and mitigate areas of non-performance and potential project gaps while prioritizing those needing action and escalation to prevent delays in execution
  • Appoint key distributors using specified, tested and measurable processes.
  • Develop sustainable and excellent distribution strategy design and structure for GBfoods Ghana
  • Develop Annual Business Plan for RTM implementation in conjunction with commercial team and regional sales manager team
  • Lead the Redistribution team across the country
  • Generate and define RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributors performance dashboard leveraging IT tools
  • Coordinate execution of all product launch, activation exercise and re-launch of existing products in desired locations / regions
  • Engage all Market Development Team members in Weekly Rural Market Development activities.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
10 years’ relevant experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and Operations in the Food and Beverages industry /FMCG
Strong experience in handling Key distributors and ability to develop RTM Model & Strategy
Experience living and working in multiple markets (developed and emerging)
Deep knowledge of Sales, Distribution and Logistics
Individual must be detail orientated with high-level analytical skills

Job Title: Table Packing Supervisor
Role & Responsibilities:

Ideally the incumbent should have some packaging, operational and/or sorting experience in a production environment. He/she will be responsible for coordinating with shift supervisors to carry out packing/sorting activities of finished goods in order to meet the quality demands in a reliable and cost-effective manner.

Results / Accountabilities

Manage table packing teams
Timely closure of stock take with proper documentations passed
Conduct RCA for sorting packing and market rejects
Coordinate with Quality department on a day to day basis
Maintain a sorting target of minimum 95% (SKU)

Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Role & Responsibilities:

The Production shift supervisor oversees a shift during production hours, with full responsibility for his department. The Shift supervisor is responsible for meeting shift production OEE targets at the right quality, in a cost-effective manner. The incumbent is also responsible for the entrenchment of Perfect Plant practices in a safe and healthy working environment. As the first line manager, the production shift supervisor must be conversant with some human resource policies, particularly in the area of disciplinary and grievance procedures, in resolving people issues in the shift to create and maintain a highly motivated team.

Results / Accountabilities

Meet the forecasted production plans within the production budget while maintaining a high standard in safety
Meet quality objectives for finished goods/products
Ensure cooperation and teamwork within the production teams.
Promote good relations and communication between the maintenance and production departments.
Coordinate training for the production employees.
Ensure productivity, housekeeping and quality of work standards are maintained within the production department.
Perform the duties of the Production Manager in his absence.
Represent the production department when coordinating and organizing the teams work with other departments.
Provide leadership and ensure communication within a team environment to achieve the production objectives.
Report on the team s shift activities and observations, safety meetings and production level.
Member of Plant First Response Team.
Member of the production on-call system.

Role & Responsibilities:

We are in search of a Regional Sales Manager to handle required operations in the assigned territory covering central and Northern Ghana with the responsibility of delivering Net Sales and other objectives as defined from time to time.

The main responsibilities will be:

Job Title: Commercial Finance Business Partner
Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner that will support our commercial team having below as key responsibilities:

  • Perform financial support for Business Units according to company policies in order to provide management information, advice and criteria that allow an in-depth analysis of the evolution of the business and providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered.
  • Control the budget to provide the Business Units with an in-depth analysis and diagnosis of the identified deviations.
  • Control and analyze the expenses, structure costs and other variables that influence the margins and profitability of the business to evaluate the causes of deviations and their reasoning
  • Directly advise the Business Units to drive and assure follow-up on timely or structural corrective measures for the identified deviations.
  • Direct and coordinate the analysis and resolution of inquiries from the Business Units regarding the economic-financial impact of commercial or marketing projects or decisions
  • Implement processes and follow up on uniform and effective commercial control criteria to improve follow-up on the prices and margins of the Business Units
  • Improving the impact, and understanding of financial reporting on business performance
  • Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
  • Present to the executive management team at each month end, a precise commentary on the month’s performance, highlighting any areas of concerns and potential risks in future months
  • Modelling of business case to ascertain the commercial viability of key investments and other commercial activities.

Requirements
