Examination Clerks:

  1. Duties: Perform routine clerical tasks, control and allocate worked scripts, assist in packing and distribution of examination stationery, and assist in the resolution of queries.
  2. Qualifications: WASSCE/SSSCE/GBCE/GCE Ordinary Level with credits in at least five subjects, including English Language and Mathematics. Must be computer literate and at most 30 years old.
  3. Experience: One year of relevant post-qualification experience.

Nursing Officers:

  1. Duties: Give treatment to patients as prescribed by the doctor, supervise nursing duties performed by other staff, make daily requisitions of drugs, and assist the clinic administration.
  2. Qualifications: WASSCE/SSSCE/GBCE/GCE Ordinary Level with credits in at least five subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, and Biology. Must have an S.R.N/S.C.M/R.G.N/R.M or Diploma in Nursing. Must be at most 35 years old.
  3. Experience: Three years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Drivers:

  1. Duties: Convey materials, equipment, and staff; ensure the vehicle is in good condition; perform minor repairs; prepare and submit reports.
  2. Qualifications: BECE with Grade six in at least five subjects, NVTI Proficiency in a mechanical-related field, valid driving license ‘C.’ Must not be over 35 years old.
  3. Experience: One year of relevant post-qualification experience.

Secretaries:

  1. Duties: Prepare minutes of meetings, manage files and records, handle correspondence, copy documents, and perform routine clerical tasks.
  2. Qualifications: WASSCE/SSSCE/GBCE/GCE Ordinary Level with credits in at least five subjects, including English Language. Relevant certificate from the Government Secretarial School. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be at most 30 years old.
  3. Experience: One year of relevant post-qualification experience.
